- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Used to be a great place to bank, now HORRIBLE. Customer service is the worst, I cannot believe how they speak to you (and to clarify, it was not the teller, but her supervisor). All I wanted was to have a check issued from my savings account and it became such a big deal that I just closed my account completely. There are too many banks out there to put up with this kind of treatment! I "love" that you only have drive-in hours on Saturday and yet I cannot do my banking because you won't do those services through the drive-in.By Stephanie Kiser, July 24, 2017
